Happy Taco Tuesday!
I hope you enjoy this super easy & delicious recipe.
1 – 1.5 lb pork tenderloin *
2 cups water
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
*I usually use one for my family of 5, but if you’re feeding a group, I would go with 2 tenderloins and double seasonings as needed.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Every slow cooker is different so check with meat thermometer for doneness (145* Fahrenheit). Shred and serve on tortillas and dress with your favorite toppings! Our personal favorites are homemade guacamole, cotija cheese and salsa!
